The Federal Housing Commission and the Department of Housing and Urban Development have announced an important waiver that will greatly benefit property investors.
Mortgages will now be eligible for FHA insurance even if they are sold within 90 days of purcahse!

Updated IRS Form 5405 Now Available
If you are claiming the Homebuyer Tax Credit, you should know that the IRS has just posted an updated Form 5405 to claim that credit.
